Kfc - Woodsfield
Kfc
Description
During a recent family outing, a local drive-thru experience highlighted significant inconsistencies in service and food quality. While some patrons celebrated the juicy, crispy chicken and praised staff for their effort during busy hours, others expressed disappointment, noting issues such as the absence of utensils and lackluster side dishes like watery mashed potatoes and stale cookies. Overall, this establishment demonstrates potential with its standout chicken but fails to deliver a consistently satisfying dining experience, particularly when it comes to basic customer service and food preparation. A visit may yield either a delightful or frustrating experience.

I ordered about $50 worth of food for my family to eat while watching my son's baseball game. We went through the drive-thru, but didn't receive any silverware with our order. It seems like common sense would dictate that silverware should be included with a drive-thru order. When we asked about it, they said they only hand out silverware upon request. This lack of common sense and basic customer service detracted from our experience. I would recommend avoiding this place, as they seem more concerned with saving a few cents than providing a complete dining experience.
We stopped last night about 7pm at the drive thru in Woodsfield, OH to order the 8 piece family meal. We were told they were out of some regular pieces, so we took crispy. I figured they were under staffed and over whelmed and that our meal would be farless than perfect live so many things in these Covid times. I was wrong. Everything was excellent and the chicken might havebeen the best we?ve ever had. Super job guys!
I ordered the chicken strips with honey mustard and BBQ sauce. They were crispy and tasty. I just wish they had sweet and sour sauce, but unfortunately, it's not on the menu.
The chicken was oily, the biscuits were stale and dry, and the mashed potatoes were overly watery. Overall, our experience last night was disappointing!
My husband and I visited KFC today, March 3rd at 2:21 PM. The music was so loud that we couldn’t even have a conversation, and staff had to shout to get our attention when our order was ready. My husband’s phone measured the noise level at 73 decibels, which made it impossible to talk comfortably. It’s quite frustrating when you’re trying to enjoy a meal and have a conversation. Service was poor, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. We ordered lunch, spending between $10 and $20 per person. I would recommend the Mashed Potatoes and Fried Chicken, but the experience was marred by the noise and service quality.
