What Carl doesn't like about Bojangles:
I love Bojangles,but this is the end for me. I came through the drive through(only option at this store) at 5:30pm this evening 11/10/22 and was told once again,that they were out of Chicken!!! Again....how is a Chicken place,out of Chicken!!!!? Poor management,that's how. This is the 3rd,and last time at this particular store. I know it's no big deal,I'm only one person,but I'm never going back!!! View all feedback. What Osborne Bauch likes about Bojangles:
Ordered online and then picked up. I had some issues and filled out the online comment form. I like to give the company a chance to respond if I have any problems. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the manager within a few hours. She was very pleasantly focused on making it right and continuing to keep my business.
