Subway - WOODCROFT

The staff seems more focused on my children because they think they're "cute," rather than providing good service to me as the paying customer. I noticed them exchanging odd smiles while I was there, which felt unprofessional. They really need to work on their customer service skills. The food is decent overall, but my main goal is to enjoy my meal without feeling like I'm there just to showcase my kids. I believe in treating both food and families with respect.

The salad was heated in the microwave and then grilled. I ended up burning my mouth and hands, which made the meal feel like a complete waste of money. I certainly didn't find any happiness in the hot salad and grilled items, which were both unpleasantly hot. The portions were small, and it would have been cheaper to make it at home.

Do they need a worse food not fresh rolls stail, customer service nil, why people open franchise but spoil the name franchise, subways never again

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Just an hour before my HSC exam, I was hoping for a relaxing atmosphere, but instead, I encountered nothing but frustration. I do not recommend this place!

There is hardly any option for a zero star otherwise would have done that for sureI ordered one large salad bowl and they just gave like an ultra small bowl to me with no absolutely no salad quantitySuch a disgraceSeriously it has happened like 2-3 times nowWorst ever subway
