What User doesn't like about Satori Sushi:
The dining experience was just average. I ordered takoyaki, which I found to be quite overpriced and not very tasty. It came with 5 pieces for $9, while other places offer 6 pieces for a lower price and with better flavor. The octopus was tough, and the toppings were disappointing. A lot of one star reviews that try to persuade that the people and sushi in this place are horrible are over exaggerating. A lot of things to consider:1. This is a small business, of course you might lack customer experience or service. Well it's because the place can get uncontrollably busy as they also serve online through Menu log, Doordash and Uber. If you have ordered online and complained about the time it takes to make an order, just consider the fact that there are at max 3 people working in one area.2. The food is a bit expensive. Actually it is reasonable considering the amount of people that buy chicken and salmon in general has become expensive overtime. The salmon in this place is hand cut and the chicken is processed manually by the staff and this is why the food here is delicious.3. Hygiene. No, there are no cockroaches. People in google reviews that complain that they saw a cockroach in the showcase are lying Karens. They only complain to bring the star ratings of this place down and it is unfair.4. Staff. Most complaints are from lack of service from the cashiers. What people don't consider is that most cashiers in this shop work literally after school. I can see this as I saw a person walking in with school uniform. They work so that they can serve you. They could be tired and have homework but they sacrifice the time to work so that they can serve you. They really try their best.The staff in Satori Sushi are kind and easy going, they try their best in communicating. They appreciate your time at looking in the showcase at the delicious sushi.5. Customization of food items. They try their best so that you are able to have what you want. People complain in google reviews are most likely people that weren't able to order what they want.Please consider these and give Satori Sushi another chance.
Service was fairly quick which is why I gave 2 stars however the staff could use a smile and the chicken karaage was overcooked and was practically burnt. I can find other ones that taste and look better at a quarter of the price.
This place is filthy!!! I seen cockroaches all in their food display window and the staff were very rude! Totally ignored me, ended up sick for 3 days after eating there!!!
Disgustingly rude women. I was ordering and witnessed 2 German cockroaches in the baye marine. She saw the shock on my face and yelled at me What! And I was so shocked at her yelling at me that I said, well in your food window there 's 2 cockroaches. She said You a liar get lost from this store I will call security on you! Store is filthy at kitchen area, dust everywhere too. Absolutely shocked at the service.
