Ordered delivery on Grubhub. The app failed and it went through as pick up. The restaurant refused to cancel it temporarily so I could put it through as delivery. Ordered again and paid twice. They sent me the original bag of food. How do I know this? Check out the receipt and the timestamps. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager when I called. My favorite ramen spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is exceptional. I also love the charming atmosphere and decorations.
The ramen here is absolutely delicious! I’m also a fan of their onigiri and scallion pancakes. The atmosphere is fantastic, with beautiful light fixtures and charming decor. They even have seasonal throw pillows that are super cute, adding to the cozy vibe. The music consists mostly of relaxing anime-themed ambient tracks. The service is outstanding; everyone is incredibly kind, and the food is reasonably priced considering its quality.
The spicy miso ramen was excellent! It's a must-try if you're in Deptford, NJ.
