If I could rate this place a zero, I absolutely would. First off, my food arrived over an hour after I placed my order. When it finally came, it was ice cold, with unmelted cheese, and worst of all, it was the wrong pizza. I am truly astonished by the incredibly poor customer service and the quality of the food. With over 10 years of experience in customer service and the food industry, I have never encountered such a disgraceful presentation of a meal. It’s outrageous that they would serve food in that condition as if it were acceptable! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! I will not order from this restaurant again, and I strongly suggest you avoid it as well. No one should have to pay $35 for a pizza that is both inedible and the wrong order. It’s simply disgraceful.
I thoroughly enjoyed my cheese steak—it was absolutely delicious! I had it for dinner, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20.
I used to love the food here, but with the rising prices and quality going down I stopped going. Tonight was the biggest kicker. My dad got some soup for me since I 've been sick, paid $8 for the saddest excuse for soup. The broth was barely flavored water, and maybe like 3 tiny pieces of chicken in this cup and a few small pieces of celery. More broth than anything. Campbell 's would have been better. Definitely the last time ordering. Meal type: Dinner
This restaurant has definitely declined over the years. The staff handling online orders seem to either misread them or simply make whatever they feel like instead of what was actually requested. After this experience, we won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered a salad for $13, and it was made incorrectly with only some lettuce and a few tomatoes—not what I asked for at all. Additionally, the potato skins arrived without any sour cream. It really makes you wonder how many unqualified people work here.
