Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Food was good, but we were impressed by our waiter, Agustin. We were hungry and for them for an hour. He made sure we got our food fast and was very attentive. We have an eye for refills on our drinks and made sure we needed nothing else. Thanks for the great customer service!!!

Limited menu. Our service was not enthusiastic. Basically the menu fell and ran. Didn't take the time to get involved. Didn't deserve a decent tip. My hamburger was okay, but the chicken was dry. I need to think about it before I return.

I've never been disappointed with them. We always eat on one on Lancaster and they are amazing. The service was slow. Fries was cold. My gourmet $15 black and blue burger was TINY and looked like one of the $8 Tavern burgers... the children burgers looked better....Have NO blue cheese on it and 2 pieces mushrooms and a little shredded salad. When I asked the waitress why it was so small, she said that it looked right, but the bungalow looked small. No offer to add some actual cheeses they advertise or actually put a normal amount of mushrooms. I had them before it wasn't normal. This was missing and lame in food and service. Very disappointed. Luckily... 2 stars to 1 star. We DID email this customer service email to the owner of our review. Much to our surprise (this is complete and complete sarcasm, if you cannot say) we have received NIE an answer. They seem much more interested in making it look like they solved/capitulated the problem than they apparently did.

Food and drinks were very good. The only reason I did 't give a five star rating is that while the servers were friendly, they seemed a bit hurried and were a little slow on the refills when it was to the underdeveloped items we ordered. Although I am sure that the lack of personnel is attributed to as many companies. Overall, I enjoyed eating there and would recommend Red Robin to anyone who wants a delicious burger with groundless frits and rootberry flakes.

I can never get enough of this restaurant. I always bring my friends to hang out and have quality time. Service is always wonderful. And food is so amazing!
