Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Woodbridge

This was my first time in a tropical smoothie café and I must say I have received the best customer service. The girls were so friendly and they helped me with what I wanted to order. I think their names were Cambrya, Jessica, Bety and Lia. Definitely will come back

This was my first time coming to a tropical smoothie cafe and I have to say I received the best customer service. The girls were so kind and they helped me with what I wanted to order. I think their names were cambrya, jessica, bety, and lidia. Definitely will be coming back

First time customer. Downloaded the APP. The APP wouldn 't process my order. Decided just to go to the location and order there. While there, i really did not like seeing the young guy with the big truck taking up a handicap space, while people that actually need the space have to park far away. he was walking in the kitchen area telling employees he would be back. I guess he was a manager, or possibly a franchisee. Employees were friendly and helpful. Got back home and checked my bank account to see that the APP order that wasn 't accepted actually processed and i was charged twice in addition to the time i paid at the restaurant. Called the store but nobody knew what to do as the orders didn 't exist . Not the employees fault, just poor training. I seriously doubt i will be back. Not a good first impression.

God awful customer service. Myself and one other gentleman were the only two people in the Cafe. The workers were complaining how ?is it always this busy?? while I was still waiting on my food. After the other gentleman left, it was about 10 minutes before I realized they hadn?t even prepared my order. One of the workers asked me ?what did you order again??. I let them know and in about five minutes another worker came to me and said ?take your sandwich bro?. They finally finished my smoothie and still messed it up, since I asked for protein in it beforehand and they never put any in. Realizing this would just cause more problems to ask for a fix, I just walked out. Plenty of other Tropical Smoothies in the Woodbridge area with decent customer service, but this one is by far the worst.

Bad experience, came in 6 minutes before close and was said they would close, and they were sad. Only disappointed posted opening hours are not honoured
