Mezeh Mediterranean Grill (short Pump)

My experience was quite satisfactory. I ordered a falafel pita, which was tasty, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The preparation area was also clean. However, some of the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. I had to repeat my order several times to the person making my pita, even though it was a standard item without any modifications. They also consulted the menu while assembling it. Overall, it was decent, but it did take longer than expected to receive my food.

I'm not sure what has changed recently, but both the service and quality have noticeably declined. The staff seem inattentive when preparing orders, and I've experienced several missing items during my last few visits. On this occasion, I ordered a wrap, but instead of what I expected, they served it in a flour tortilla! If you're out of wraps, it would be helpful to inform customers so they can select an alternative. It's frustrating to feel like this is being brushed off as acceptable. If I had wanted a tortilla, I could have simply gone to Chipotle next door. It's really disappointing, especially considering the promising start this place had.

What an incredible transformation from a bank! I ordered the shawarma delight pizza for takeout, and although I had to drive a little, I can't really complain that it arrived slightly cold. It was absolutely delicious, bursting with the rich flavors you would expect from a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant. I did take away one star because I was expecting a crispy crust based on the photos I had seen online, but mine turned out to be a bit soggy and light. Despite that, I will definitely return to try more items from the menu.

This restaurant serves amazing food and provides exceptional service. I started by ordering for my wife, but after tasting it myself, I was hooked on the dishes. I've never been let down. Keep up the fantastic work!

I had an amazing experience overall. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere of the place was delightful. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available; there was a great selection to choose from. I will definitely return.
