You shouldn't compare to-go with dine-in imo, as it's not fresh once you end up eating it. First time eating here. We dined in, and it was better than most take outs I've had from the area. Service was good, and the atmosphere is similar to a traditional Chinese restaurant, not high end but clean. Will come back to give an updated review, but so far, so good. View all feedback.
What Poetrygirl doesn't like about House Of Chou:
I would not eat here again— food was mediocre and service was terrible. I have no patience for rude people who were more interested in playing his game boy than taking my order. Very surprised at staff in there. My first visit there and my last! View all feedback.
Had dinner last night with the family. They met our expectations. Good Food, excellent service. Will be back.

I’ve been going here since I was a young childEven after ownership changed years ago, this place is still greatI go for work lunches all the timeWe like the wings appetizer Parking: The lot is huge Kid-friendliness: I have an almost two year old that likes the food
Excellent service and delicious food. Everything was served hot and fresh. The lunch specials are a great value and the regular dinner prices are reasonable. I love the chicken broccoli, which they happily accommodate my request for white sauce with. The wonton soup has think skinned wonton in a flavorful broth.
Crab ragoons were top notch, A+. General Tso’s and orange chicken were pretty good too.
