Worth the money, your getting the freshest and best. That's been true for the many years we've stopped by. Thier broccoli, pies and dinner entrees are delicious and fresh. View all feedback.
They recently renovated, it looks a little bit nicer, things are stored a little more efficiently and the cases look really clean. I was really happy to see some more local products that I really enjoy, but it's a very small store and the selection is still really limited. Nice looking produce, a bunch of local baked goods and desserts in the freezer case, and local dairy. Some of the produce is still obviously from very far away like California or Mexico, but some of it is local, and I imagine as the local season ramps up, a larger percentage of it will become local produce.
I loved what Jessica recommended the sautéed chicken with vegetables was gourmet!!!!
Horrible experience. I bought a few items here on my way out of town and when I went to get back in my car, my car had died. I have jumper cables in my trunk and asked if anybody working in the store could give me a jump, and the blond woman working at the counter said, “We don’t do that. Do you have roadside?” and essentially shooed me out of the store. The service in the area is horrible so it took me 20 minutes to get on the phone with anybody to help, and nobody came outside to ask if I had been able to reach roadside assistance or anything— not to mention, what if I DIDN’T have roadside assistance? Obviously the farmer’s market isn’t a mechanic shop, but I have the cables so all they would’ve had to do was turn their car on. Absolutely terrible way to treat somebody needing a hand, especially a paying customer. Way overpriced, for what it’s worth. Will never go back to this establishment and hopefully nobody else’s car dies while they’re shopping here, since apparently it’s too much to ask for some help!
The fresh corn was the sweetest and best I’ve ever had! The cherries were the sweetest and best I’ve ever had. One time I stoped by and they had a French Apple pie (frosting on top) that was to DIE for!
Great local year round brick and morter farm stand. Awesome prepared foods and fresh produce and baked goods. A little pricey but quality is great!
