Every time I place an online order for pickup, it seems to be at least 30 minutes later than the estimated pickup time. Whenever I inquire about the delay, I’m told that a staff member called out and they are short-staffed. Really? I recommend ordering at least an hour to an hour and a half before you plan to pick up. This has happened far too frequently. View all feedback.
