After hosting The oil Sands Open Dart Tournament in April 2023, having approximately 472 participants for a 3 day event our Committee would like to give a thumbs up to the Management and Staff of the Quality Hotel Conference Centre. They went above and beyond to accommodate all guests and participants. Restaurant and Bar area had exceptional hours and service. Highly recommend this facility for any small or large event.
The breakfast and lunch buffet was great, however the dinner was not that good as we had to order ala carte. Service was good
This is one of the few decent places to eat in the area. It's located just off the lobby of the hotel and has a bit of a breakfast diner vibe but I have been back several times because the food is good! The chef is putting some effort into the dishes and everything I've had has been well prepared. Service is also friendly and prompt so I give it a thumbs up.
Having been evacuated from Ft. Chipewyan and staying at the Quality Inn for the past 2 weeks, we must commend the staff for their exceptional kindness and consideration during this challenging period. We are grateful for their wonderful hospitality.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I have been here for 3 days and have not been able to get a hot shower, not even lukewarm. I was told to let the water run, but even after letting it run for 25 minutes, there was still no hot water. I would not choose to stay here again. However, I will say that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
