Montana's - Wood Buffalo

Had such an amazing experience and our waitress is amazing! her name is MJ and she was lovely! the food was great and tasty.

Stopped in with a few co-workers and it happened to be wing night. The wings were very good, and a lot larger than your average place on wing night. We all had entrees as well and everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was great.

We come here from time to time and it’s hit or miss, but this time we had great service and great food. We sat on the bar side and there was a shift change soon after we placed our order but we ended up with a friendly server that checked on us several times. We started with one of my faves, kapow shrimp, my husband had honkin beef ribs and I tried the double onion and smoky bacon cheeseburger, and we took the mini donuts home with us, everything was so good!!!

Asif went above and beyond to ensure that our table was well taken care of! The antojittos were fresh and delicious!

Montana 's is advertising an all you can eat ribs special for their 35th anniversary. Haven 't visited the Fort McMurray location since 2012 when they gave us horrible food and service, but I thought, "all you can eat ribs?? Ok I will give it another shot. They do have great ribs! We walk in, sit down and are given our menus. I see the all you can eat ribs special in the front of the menu! Excitement builds!! I order them...and BOOM!, the server tells us there is no special because they are low on ribs! : . I ask her why there is no sign or indication of this somewhere, and people aren 't told this by the greeter who leads us to our table? She doesn 't know and apologizes... We decline to order and walk out... This establishment has real issues with service and meeting expectations! Oh well...fool me twice, shame on me.. Better call them before you go to avoid getting mislead! And not getting your special as advertised!!
