Tonight’s service from an extremely lovely gentleman (don’t have his name but had quite a stylish moustache) was absolutely superb! Going above and beyond in customer service and ensuring my food didn’t contain my allergens and that the food was absolutely to our liking.. Cannot wait to return next month!! The online menu lists prices that are 30-40% lower than what we were charged, and some meals and deals are no longer available. For instance, the parma was listed as $22 but ended up costing around $32, while kids' meals were advertised at $10 but actually cost $13.50. The lamb shanks are gone too. The adults with us seemed satisfied with their meals. My parma was a bit on the small side, but it was homemade and quite thick, which made it pretty good. However, the portion of chips was likely the tiniest I've ever encountered at a restaurant. They definitely need to double the chips! The kids were disappointed. They paid $13.50 for a small bowl of mac and cheese and a tiny spoonful of mousse for dessert. They could have easily consumed more mac than what they got. The nuggets came with an average portion of chips, and I tried to add three more nuggets but wasn’t allowed. The mousse was also quite small—at the very least, they could have filled the bowl more. On a positive note, the kids' parma was decent, and they were happy with that. However, there were no drinks included with the kids' meals. Overall, I’d rate it a 3-star experience for kids and a 4-star experience for adults. I’ll likely give it another try next time we’re in the area, but the kids will probably need a KFC or McDonald's stop on the way home. Service: 5 Location: 5
