You can tell by the color that cheap cocoa powder was used. Don't skimp on this one important ingredient, use a good quality Dutch cocoa powder, yes it's more expensive, but charge another 20cents to cover that cost. You will have a 10/10 hedgehog slice then.

The bakery was great with a huge selection of eats from baked goods, sweets and salad rolls. We were served by a very pretty and polite young lady which was very refreshing. Served hot coffe and coffee buns. Great experience from wait staff to food to pricing. Will be stopping in here again. Well Done.
