Tonyo's, my seci\ond home in Cebu. What a place. Open 24 hours a day it never ceases to impress me. If you had a bad day at work, walk into Tonyo's and have a quick drink to crash at the hotel. If you had a great day, walk into Tonyo's, enjoy the late night drink and crash. And when weekend comes, snack up and reach Tonyo's. You cant miss it. The place is electrifying and buzzing.
