I had an outstanding dinner experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also deserving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere contributed greatly to the overall experience, making it a perfect 5 as well. I highly recommend this place for a memorable meal!.
What 山木耕史 dislikes about Nonki Japanese (main Mandaue):
This restaurant is slightly better than Yushoken, but both fall short of being good Japanese dining options. The tonkatsu is particularly disappointing; it’s tough and has a rubbery texture, making it hard to eat. The tonkotsu ramen is overly simplistic, almost as if it was prepared by a trainee. I visited last year, and the food was delicious! The service was excellent as well.
I hope the staff preparing the sushi and sashimi are wearing masks and hair nets. I noticed in the small branch that they were preparing food without these while chatting with each other.
The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and the menu selections were impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant!
