Nice that they can get a free coffee when they shop here if they have a waitrose loyalty card to have their own cup however.) the personal seems to be usually pleasant. good parking and gas station next to the load. also near kfc. A pleasant, well-stocked load with customer service! quality products presented a spacious parking space and welcoming atmosphere.
Loves this load! quiet, relaxed shopping experience. great eating! great ideas for the indecisive shopper! the load is clean and well organized, although the staff could look a bit happier. friendly enough, but tend to look deflated, makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes? smile! then it would be 100
I always enjoy visiting the Waitrose store in Wolverhampton. It is a pleasant and spacious shop with a well-organized layout. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I particularly enjoy the cafe.
As someone who has been a loyal customer of Waitrose for a long time, I must confess that I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. The lack of efficiency among the staff is so bad that it would almost be comical if it weren't for the fact that you have to pay before you can leave. The counters are frequently unattended, there are not enough staffed checkouts, and the entire shopping experience is incredibly frustrating. It's no surprise that during busy times, Waitrose is nearly empty while other nearby supermarkets are packed.
