I go here often as it is just down the road! They have never ever got our order right! Either no hot wings with zinger boxed, no gravy with mega box, no hasbrown on the towers, ask for leg get breast!!! Also the people are slow and rude and it always looks chaotic even if the restaurant is empt. I also whitnessed one customer asking for no bacon and they just removed it from the burger and gave it him!!! Also there was a long black hair stuck in my cheese on my zinger burger!! Think that is the last straw now and I will not be going again! Dirty, unorganised and crappy place! This KFC should be shut down or at least unannounced inspection needed.
The young lady was called Monique.. brilliant work ethic. I haven't been to that particular KFC for years cos it is normally dirty however I saw this young lady clean .. and clean good. Also had a nice manner too.. well done x
Visit the drive through and ordered a family boneless bucket paid for it at the first window. When driving to the second window and collected the food we pulled away but it was the wrong order when returning it was for the car behind us which they then just give it to when really they should had made a fresh order for them as we had it in the car for about five minutes. We then had to wait Five minutes for our food to be cooked not good service at all.
Every time I eat here I get a dicky stomach. The staff are so slow and its like they can't be bothered. I would not recommend going here for food.
I still go every now and again because I love kfc. But I have NEVER been here and them actually get a full 2 person order correct. I asked for zinger meal with the two hot wings the plump ones. The lady shouted that over. I also asked for my side to be coleslaw. Collected drove off and surprise surprise not correct. No fork for my coleslaw. Chicken wings were both the little ones. No wipe for after
