This restaurant yesterday visited to eat was ok, but pommes could have been hotter. I threw on the toilet after I had eaten and they were dirty. the rinses had not been cleaned for some time and no soap dispensers. If I had gone in, I would have snatched out before eating.
My dad and I came here for a quick bite after finishing work for a pick-me-up. Unfortunately, every table was dirty and not cleaned, with food on the floor and supplies scattered everywhere. The restaurant is too small to accommodate 12 diners comfortably. Additionally, we had to ask multiple times for our order to be taken and it was only after we had finished eating and reminded them that they finally brought the bill. The service was unacceptable and the hygiene was terrible.
I went to KFC drive-thru in Oxley on Saturday night and ordered a 3-piece chicken meal along with an extra piece using the KFC app. It took about 20 minutes to receive my order, which seemed longer than necessary given the moderate crowd. I drove home (5 minutes away) only to find that the extra piece was missing, the chicken was lukewarm, and the fries were cold. I ended up having to microwave the food before eating. I tried to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue but received no response. This location used to be good, but something has clearly changed. I will not be returning and will try the Penn Road location next time.
I go here often as it is just down the road! They have never ever got our order right! Either no hot wings with zinger boxed, no gravy with mega box, no hasbrown on the towers, ask for leg get breast!!! Also the people are slow and rude and it always looks chaotic even if the restaurant is empt. I also whitnessed one customer asking for no bacon and they just removed it from the burger and gave it him!!! Also there was a long black hair stuck in my cheese on my zinger burger!! Think that is the last straw now and I will not be going again! Dirty, unorganised and crappy place! This KFC should be shut down or at least unannounced inspection needed.
The young lady was called Monique.. brilliant work ethic. I haven't been to that particular KFC for years cos it is normally dirty however I saw this young lady clean .. and clean good. Also had a nice manner too.. well done x
