Howeve... read more It was cold December night and I sat with my wife and kids shivering in the living room we couldn't afford the rent this month so lost ourselves heating. However my youngest daughter Sophie had recently lost her best friend due to an unfortunate nail gun accident. So to try and cheer her up we starved for days in order to treat ourselves to a takeaway.Anyway enough about me, let's talk about the delivery, around and half hours after making our order we hear an almighty screech from outside. I peak through my curtains to see a delivery driver parked on my lawn. I quickly notice he has ran over my authentic garden gnome (Retails at at Argos) so as you can imagine I'm a little angry right about now!I open the door and slowly look the delivery driver up and down and see he has a stump for a hand and is missing several teeth. I attempt to pay him but he drops my change and as I go to pick up my much needed I spot it......pure disgrace...Horror...Absolute devastation.His back tyre is flat, this idiot is driving around killing innocent children I imagine and nobody is stopping him. I saw red, my heart fuelled with pure rage and I unleash my inner fury. After the minute epic battle on my front lawn, the delivery driver was defeated. I felt like a hero. The world was a safer place and I just got a free takeaway.

However, our delivery experience was less than satisf... read more On a cold December night, my family and I decided to treat ourselves to a takeaway after a difficult week. However, our delivery experience was less than satisfactory. After waiting over 2 hours, the delivery driver arrived and proceeded to run over my garden gnome, causing me to confront him about his reckless driving. Despite his intimidating appearance, I stood my ground and eventually received my order. Though the ordeal was frustrating, I couldn't help but feel a sense of victory in standing up for what was right. The food, thankfully, was delicious, and we were able to enjoy a meal together despite the chaotic delivery.
