That was a great stop after a nice walk. we had a takeaway in these beautiful teestuben with sitting outside, but from what I'm collecting, they could have been sitting in front of covid. the eating was great (pflüger and speck sandwich was amazing), the cake portions were huge and had to take the rest home. the coffee was the best we cost in the opposite and the place is a fantastic hidden gem. the personal was also beautiful and could not be more helpful. social distancing and additional cleaning also adhered to. great ending of a beautiful day will definitiw and can not expect to come back. 10 of 10
This charming cafe is the perfect stop for a stroll along the railway line. Today, my mom and I visited with our dog Luna for a one-hour walk, opting for the route to Compton which offered the best scenery. The hot drinks were exceptional, and the food was delicious. We ordered the Puppiccuno and Honey and Oats treats for Luna, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Despite finishing her own meal, Luna couldn't resist eyeing our food as well.
It's a great place to be, it can get very busy and also nice and cozy inside. Plenty of seating area outside depending on weather. Staff are so friendly and it's a dog friendly place. Our Bella loves everyone's attention and has lots of fuss from the staff.
This charming cafe is located in a beautifully restored 1920s station building. Guests can choose to dine outside on the platform terrace during the summer or inside the cosy waiting room next to the fireplace in the winter. The menu may be simple, but the dishes are well executed and offer great value. The coffee is also fantastic. Visitors can take a delightful stroll along the old railway line through the Smestow nature reserve before or after their meal. Plenty of parking is available.
