We recently dined at the Academy restaurant for the third time, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. The menu offered 3 options for starters, mains, and dessert. Six of us made a booking for the holiday menu and, once again, we were not let down. The menu offered a variety of choices for starters, sorbet, main courses, and desserts, along with coffee, all for just £20. The dishes were cooked and presented beautifully by the chef.
Last Thursday night, my friends and I visited The Academy and we were pleasantly surprised. We had heard mixed reviews before, but it was a definite hit for us. I enjoyed the seafood starter followed by the sea bass.
Absolutely delicious Christmas lunch the food was amazing, the service was first class and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely.
Have eaten twice at the Academy restaurant this festive season one lunch and one evening dinner. Both meals were excellent well cooked, nicely presented, very tasty and good value. The wine is good and reasonably priced too. Well done to all the students...More
