The food was a surprise. Partially undefined what was offered in the warming containers (which have missed their purpose, as the food was almost cold). Nicely built buffet. Drinks not properly cooled. Dried food that was not even seasoned. From the kitchen you heard the barking of a little dog. The staff was completely overwhelmed with the number of guests.

So I don't know how to offer this. Scratch salad from prefabricated... They were still white from one side... You can't go like that.. It smelled heavy after fish though we were the first guests.
