I can't share the bad reviews I've read. I can recommend the restaurant.

The pizzas and noodles were delicious. For children there was an offer to cover the children's pizzas themselves. This makes the wait for the food for the youngest quickly over. The self-made lemonade is highly recommended. After all, there was a soft ice cream. The staff was friendly. Baby bread was also made warm. All in all very nice food, even under corona conditions. We like to come back.

The restaurant is located inside a world-famous museum, yet the staff do not speak English and instead of trying to find a way to communicate, they avoided us. After a long time, we finally found someone who could speak English and ordered two pizzas and drinks. One of the glasses we received was dirty, with visible lipstick marks and greasy residue. We asked for a clean glass; the waitress took the glasses but never returned with a replacement. After waiting around 50 minutes, and repeatedly trying to get the waitress’s attention (she was standing nearby but completely ignoring us), we were finally informed that our food would not be prepared because the restaurant was supposedly full. This was confusing, as many guests had already been served and there were several empty tables. Disappointed and hungry, we asked for the bill and pointed out that this information should have been communicated at the beginning, not after almost an hour of waiting, and also mentioned that we never received a clean glass. Instead of bringing the bill, we were brought a clean glass. Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
