The lobster bisque had 1 small piece of lobster and the burger was overcooked and bland. My friends fish and chips was pretty decent.

A couple of things to note for tourists: the kids' chicken fingers cost ten dollars, and fries are an additional four. Also, fountain sodas don't come with free refills and are priced at three dollars each.

If you're thinking about visiting Garwoods, I recommend arriving early to score a table outside. The staff is super friendly, and the place tends to get quite busy. The food and drinks are fantastic—make sure to sample the Lake Winni Sunrise and the fish and chips (they have a smaller portion available). The atmosphere is lovely, featuring a beautiful lake view, lots of boat activity, and a tasty Bloody Mary. While it might be a bit on the pricey side, the overall experience makes it well worth it. Definitely give it a shot!
