This restaurant offers a stunning view, but it could really benefit from a new chef. None of us at the table found our meals to be particularly impressive. The wine list was decent, although I'm not sure some of the wines were stored correctly. As for the appetizers, the crab cake and tuna were both enjoyable. Great dinner to celebrate our 38th anniversary. Breathtaking views, great ambiance. Food was great and our waiter was outstanding. The Silver Sage is one of our favorites because of its setting in the mountain. Definitely a hidden gem!
What an absolutely wonderful restaurant. We frequent most all the restaurants up in the Vail Valley and wanted to try something new. Food was amazing. Everything made fresh. Service was top notch from start to finish. My new favorite restaurant.
