I'm going to Dunkin... they have my order ready as soon as they see I'm moving to Drive Thru. Great staff!

Great experience. Young lady was very polite. She gave both of my dogs pup cups. They had a great experience as well. In the future this will be my dunkin location of choice. My coffee was made perfectly as well.

Last Friday I thought of a grilled cheese and a muffin. After I left and came back to work, I noticed that the grilled cheese was not heated enough and the cheese was not melted. I didn't have enough time to warm it up, so I saved it for dinner and heated it up when I came home. Everything worked and the sandwich was perfect: I just wanted to mention that the 2 ladies who help with my order were very nice. I work in customer service myself and a good customer service is hard to reach nowadays. I had a bad day and took a break from my day to grab a lunch ended brightening my day, even if there was a problem with a part of my order. It makes a big difference when you stop from a restaurant and the staff makes you welcome and are happy to help you. Most restaurants I've visited lately make you feel the complete opposite, so many people don't even have basic customer service skills nowadays. Good customer service is so rare that I appreciate it very much when I experience it. Please continue to give the service you do and teach those after you do the same. A simple smile can brighten another day.

Clean dining area, clean bathrooms, staff very sweet. Driving seems to be moving fast. outside parking DC needs a lot of garbage... This is Connecticut. It wasn't really important for double chocolate donut was nice only very dry... XL girl scout thin mint would have had more coffee taste...Made like mint hot chocolate... Kevin Ditto on the thin coin I last had... Graceful squirrel... MED coconut cake would have stirred most taste on the bottom.. So I wasn't crazy about it... Graceful squirrels... XL its usual Blueberry x blueberry 5 sugar... its absolute... Carmine...

Decent place, but the help must learn respect and manner and how to talk to customers. Prices are much 2 high for the tariff you get. Same coffee and pastries Is over the street on Cumberland farms for half the money
