The chef played the role of Santa brilliantly, and I cannot praise her enough for making our day so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived and she greeted us with peekaboo, to the crafts activity she led, everything was excellent. I didn't take photos of the food, but our dishes looked more appetizing than what was shown on the website. The chocolate Christmas star was a hit, and Santa's visit was enjoyable, although... I recently visited this restaurant for the first time since it changed ownership. The bathrooms were dirty and had paper all over the floor. I was looking for a specific garden product, but when I asked a staff member for help, she seemed annoyed and snapped at me. The compost outside was poorly stored in torn bags. However, the cashier (from whom I purchased garden gloves) was helpful and polite. Despite this, I do... View all feedback.
The first time. eat in dobbies caffe since they took. about form wyvales. ordered a toastia to £6 I thought overly expensive, but I was hungry .waited at least 25 minutes for a simple toastia. had to go back and ask where my food is and no apologies got, just said, wait a few minutes more. only 2 employees in the caffe until . and it was quite a lot to do inside for a afternoon. toastie wasn't too bad tbh. they are obviously very understaffed and the workers are stressed

When it had moments under wyevales. Now it seems to be only the third set. why they are not clean cute amazing. the glasses are so water-marked, but you think they are clean, they smell that they smell water. as if they were just driving under one. the teat pots are colored on the outside. the cakes, yes they still look attractive, they look closer and they just don't look like they were looking. for the number of employees there they are slow. the tables are dirty and today I had only one scones that were amazed by me that from the order, sitting down her jacket kartoffel hit her. I don't know how this can happen. the lady told me it was amazing how sloppy things were. that's not somewhere I'm gonna eat again. I'm not sure if I want a cuppa here. it is not only dobbies that it went downhill before. Young workers who probably have no training and certainly have no viability do not seem to need their debt a little more in response. this could be solved with a little old fashion hard work, proud and think about the customer experience

The chocolate Christmas star was a hit, and Santa's visit was enjoyable, although his entrance was a bit underwhelming. The gift given to the kids (LEGO for the boy and Playmobil for the girl, with other options available) was well received. The children even had time and energy to explore the outdoor play area, which was well planned and executed. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Great job!
Terrible service, grimy cafe, filthy utensils, limited food options... not worth the visit. The restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Even the employees seemed eager to leave for the day.
