Dragonfly Cafe - Wokingham

I had an excellent dining experience at this cafe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Whilst only doing a limited take away service, the lady who served us was friendly and helpfull and made our visit very pleasant.

Came to this cafe after a round of Crazy Golf at Dinton Pastures where I might say the customer was amazing! But then we got to the cafe ... as soon as we placed our order it was clear the young lady (who had an accent) did not like serving us. During our conversation she said phrases like are you finished? and is that ALL you want to order? . She was miserable, rude and short with us Worst customer service we 've ever had!! Manners don 't cost anything. We won 't be having breakfast/coffee there again. My advice stay away!!

If Ditton Pastures wasn't already a fantastic spot for relaxing, walking, or exercising with the kids and dog, it has an amazing cafe to top it off. There was something to suit everyone, though prices were a bit high, the quality was worth it.

We've used the café for a long time. It's dog friendly and they have tried different timings for taking dogs indoors and reached a good compromise. It's busy and there is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. We like the place it has to cater for a wide variety of users and groups and you can never 100% please everyone. Prices are alright. The one thing I really, really wish is they'd do something about is the queueing. Why not have two queues one for food and one for just drinks? If you hit at a busy time you can wait an eternity
