Dabbawalla Indian Kitchen - Wokingham

My husband and I enjoyed a birthday lunch before our week-long break to Somerset at this restaurant. We were able to dine outside in a lovely area protected from the weather. The decoration outside, with fresh and faux flowers, gave us a feel of being in India. The staff were patient and considerate, allowing us to take our time to choose from the tempting menu. We opted for a selection of street food dishes which were deliciously cooked and presented. The colors and flavors were amazing. We then had the signature curries with rice, which were also excellent. Even though we were already full, we couldn't resist a chocolate brownie with edible flowers and 'Happy Birthday' written in chocolate. The staff even gave me a glass of pink bubbles to go with it. The service was outstanding with smiles all around. The prices were reasonable, making it a place we can visit more often. We will definitely be returning soon.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional from the moment we arrived. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. The staff was friendly and the cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced, unlike many other places that overcharge for watered-down drinks. We never felt rushed during our meal and cannot wait to return.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Story, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well cared for. The menu offers a fantastic selection of Indian cuisine, and I was impressed with the flavors and quality of the dishes. The ambience of Bombay Story is spectacular, with a tastefully decorated interior that combines modern elements with traditional Indian aesthetics. The warm and inviting lighting creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

We had a really good first experience. The service was good and friendly. They were really busy for a Wednesday Eve, booking advised. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back to try more. The Vegan Sheesh kebab was fantastic and as the waiter and my partner said even though they are big meat eaters they rated it very highly! Pineapple margarita was well balanced and tasty. First time at Bombay Story. Came here for our 22nd wedding anniversary. Amazing food, beautifully presented food was delicious. Staff were very attentive you could tell they were well trained in their profession. Attention to detail was second to none. Will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely evening.
