While a few customers shared positive experiences, highlighting good food and service during off-peak hours, these instances appeared to be the exception rather than the rule. The overall sentiment suggests a need for significant improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and food quality to enhance the dining experience.
I don't even know where to begin. The restaurant was incredibly dirty. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, clearly not cleaned in a very long time. The smell in the ladies' room was unbearable. The toilets are in dire need of renovation, as there is grime everywhere. Ordering our food was a real hassle, taking a long time to be completed, and when we finally sat down, over half of our order was incorrect. My partner's burger was extremely dry, with barely any ketchup. When we spoke to the staff about the mistakes, there was no apology given, making us feel like a bother. We decided to leave our food and exit the restaurant. We will never be returning or ordering from there again.
Ignore the other reviews, I have visited this restaurant about 6 times and each time the food was hot, delicious, and the order was correct. The staff is friendly.
The service was terrible and the tables were so sticky, when I finally got my food, it was dry and cold, I’ve had better burgers. I would not recommend.
This is not a good size of chips .I asked and paid for more cheese and this is what I got . Not happy
Shocking. Found a frozen chip in my 5 years olds meal, food took forever to come. It was filthy. Bins overflowing. It was just terrible. I let that go, now I have just got a parking ticket through the door for spending 75 minutes in their 60 minute parking zone.... Unbelievable money making and quite frankly feels like a scam 3 kids to chomp their food and then go back for ixe cream, yes it does take 75 minutes..
