When I called to tell the... read more Really disappointed, reordered a meal that I previously ordered but came without the chips. Got sent a burger and drink without chips. When I called to tell the shop there has been a mistake, I was blamed. It clearly says on Uber eats the order I made. I was then robbed off and told it’s my mistake. Got totally ripped off and food came missing. Was looking forward to this meal, will not be ordering from there again. I ignored the previous low ratings and now I regret it. Awful, customer service.

I visit and pick up my order there once every two weeks. I wouldn't choose any other place for fish and chips or a doner kebab.

The chicken had no meat to it, we won’t be ordering of them again. Honestly just stay away from the company it’s not worth the money, because you won’t get a refund.

I have never ordered from this restaurant on Just Eat before, and I definitely won't be doing so again. I placed my order at 9:11 PM, and it's now 10:23 PM and I still haven't received my food. When I called, I was given ridiculous excuses and the customer service was terrible with no apologies. Finally, when the food arrived, the chips and curry sauce were good but needed to be reheated. The chicken was pink and cold, and the burger was a disaster. I decided not to even try the other piece of chicken. I will never order from here again! Keep an eye out for my review soon!
