He sai... read more I arrived with a large suitcase from Portsmouth. I was told to change at Woking. I had no idea what platform so I asked the young man in the coffee shop. He said platform one but it’s in 2 mins ‘you can make it’ so I tried but my case was so heavy! Next thing I knew the young man was next to me and said ‘I’ll take that’ and ran down the stairs with my behind.. he put my case on the train and kept the train door open for me. Hello made it! ! Thank you to a kind stranger you made my day... and you’ve given me hope for humanity. Give this man a raise! He’s a star!
