You can stand at the order area for several minutes without even being acknowledged. Staff like to chat to their regulars and if you're not one of them bad luck. To the owner please remember there are alternatives in Wodonga and unhappy customers will vote with their feet and money.

Unfortunately I really didn't enjoy standing in the cold waiting as long as I did for 2 cups of coffee, watching people who had ordered after me getting their order while I'm still waiting. Watching as the people known to the attendants are greeted warmly and served immediately and as if this wasn't bad enough the milk in our coffee was well and truly over boiled. Hope they can get it right in the near future so that everyone can enjoy a quick cuppa. Would like to give them one more try seeing this was my first visit, maybe it was just a bad day.
