I gave my word on my son that I would leave a review! Very great service even though it was 15 minutes until close.. I would have been so grumpy if it were me but they were kind! Highly recommend!!!!
Food is okay but they often forget items that they charged you for. numerous times. especially recently. it is not hard to work with fast food, i did it for years and years. get it together.
1st I was told that it was policy not to serve mobile orders through the drive through, but that is the purpose of a mobile order to me...not to have to get out of my car. 2nd I understand that I ordered extra crispy, but I was expecting some chickento go with the breading. Absolutely dry and not much meat. I was actually looking forward to eating my coleslaw for a littlemoisture, but alas...it was made without dressing. Cabbage and carrots without dressing was very disappointing. At least thebiscuit was good...but that's supposed to be dry!!
We love the flavor of KFC and we have been satisfied with the Wixom location. However? WARNING: Be aware. The last time we ate there we received a few packets of Honey Sauce. We didn?t use them then and I thought I would use them on some toast justthe other day. First, the packets were so hard to open I could only squeeze the sauce out with difficulty and getting it allover my fingers. Second, something just didn?t taste right. I should have know when the title called it ?sauce? and not purehoney. I love honey and this tasted awful. The ingredients are: corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, naturaland artificial flavor. Next time we visit there, I will not ask for the honey sauce and I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe they have jam for their biscuits.
I would give ZERO stars if possible, I ordered DoorDash after my sons football practice, I was not only missing food, and sauces, and wrong items given but they didn?t cook the wings all the way. This is was they sent my 4.5 year old son to eat,raw/undercooked chicken. Would recommend staying clear.
