We love the flavor of KFC and we have been satisfied with the Wixom location. However? WARNING: Be aware. The last time we ate there we received a few packets of Honey Sauce. We didn?t use them then and I thought I would use them on some toast just the other day. First, the packets were so hard to open I could only squeeze the sauce out with difficulty and getting it all over my fingers. Second, something just didn?t taste right. I should have know when the titlecalled it ?sauce? and not pure honey. I love honey and this tasted awful. The ingredients are: corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, natural and artificial flavor. Next time we visit there, I will not ask for the honeysauce and I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe they have jam for their biscuits.
I can't decide which was worse—the chicken or the customer service at this KFC. Whenever I’ve tried to order freshly cooked chicken, I’ve been given old, tough, and overcooked meat. This location is by far the worst, and today will be my last time visiting. If you’re looking for good chicken, I strongly advise you to avoid this restaurant!
We ordered 125 pieces of chicken from KFC for our daughter's Open House graduation party, and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the party praised how juicy the chicken was. Tahnia arrived early to prepare the food and was extremely helpful from the time we placed our order until we picked it up. We will definitely be counting on this restaurant and Tahnia for our future events.
I gave my word on my son that I would leave a review! Very great service even though it was 15 minutes until close.. I would have been so grumpy if it were me but they were kind! Highly recommend!!!!
Food is okay but they often forget items that they charged you for. numerous times. especially recently. it is not hard to work with fast food, i did it for years and years. get it together.
