The testimony of the lady who made the posting why the El Tilos only gets 2 stars from me is the handling of the “buffet”. At least half of this buffet was permanently empty. I must note that the buffet has taken a lot of people at the same time. In some cases the plates were more than filled. But the cook regularly filled. My conclusion would be that eating and the ambience would not have been such a run on food.
