On our last vi... read more Flat out- best burgers in the area! Great meat, inventive toppings and the sides are tasty. The service just misses the mark about half the time. On our last visit, we waited 50 minutes for our food (it took almost 15 minutes after we were served drinks to even order food) but other times the food is out in less than 10. I think they simply don't employ enough servers for the volume of customers. The place is always packed and you must have a reservation on most nights or run the risk of being turned away at the door. Make reservations and order an appetizer.

It's just clear why you go there, it's a burgerhouse. I just hope they will keep that good quality level and stay with their style.
