The Red Lion has pole position at the heart of this attractive Oxfordshire village, adjacent to the mediaeval church and the spot where Edward the Confessor

A disappointing visit. Went for a birthday lunch with my husband & 2 children.

This is a great pub gardens are good for the kids the food is fab and the staff are the best and you are always made welcome

I went to the red lions yesterday, as the pictures had seen online, it is reopened etc. and decided in the midday for a meal with my sister and her partner and I have to say what is a wonderful, warmhearted hospitality place. the decor is so beautiful and it is so festive in it, as land as-I love it! we sat in the escort that was so beautiful and the employees are all so friendly and welcoming. we ordered two burgers and a cake from the menu and we were all really satisfied with our meal times, they were delicious and we will definitely be back customer. as local villagers we could not mistake and recommend visiting the place.

Today had a nice meal with the family before our break in the sun. fantastic eating accompanied by friendly, welcoming staff.
