And we were not disappointed.... read more Two days ago I had dinner with my wife. Since I had previously eaten very well there I wanted to repeat this culinary experience. And we were not disappointed. The young waiter was extremely engaged, let us change the table so that we can sit on the window. The greeting from the kitchen, Königsberger Klopse, proved that the cook also dominates the home kitchen: well seasoned and heavily costed! At dinner there was a little confusion, we took the main course, but I had ordered the Pfifferlings menu and had not received the appetizers. This was quickly corrected and then came a mega port of delicious appetizer, carpaccio of swordfish, with whistler and summer truffles! For an appetizer in a menu too much. Tastefully everything was best, but here too the variety was too much for me, even here fewer flavor components would have been more. The main course, which has been kept warm for some time, was again very good in taste, but the fish had become somewhat too dry due to warming. Too bad. The dessert was again something for the eye, very nicely dressed. But then I was too much acid. But Rhabarber is crazy... Everything in a beautiful evening that would certainly have earned 5 stars would not have been the few little things. Maybe next time. We're coming back! I definitely find it remarkable with what commitment and at what level is cooked here. And also the very dedicated and friendly waiters give a great praise!

I liked the direct view of the kitchen, so it was possible to look at the cook almost over the shoulder during preparation. From the appetizer to the main dish to the dessert everything was perfect. Taste and performance is the same. We were all enthusiastic and would like to see more often when the long trip was over 700km).

We received a reservation very shortly. Welcome very friendly, definitv very well trained restaurant staff, who took care of us perfectly. From the amuse gueule, the appetizer to the main dish that consisted of a fresh lobster to the homemade ice cream, the food was absolutely perfect. Open kitchen with a clearly well-established team. Price-quality ratio excellent. We thank you for a successful evening and can absolutely recommend this restaurant without any restriction!
