Mcdonald's - Wishaw

Fed up with you getting my order wrong. Specifically asked for burger with no cheese, pickle etc and managed to guess what a burger with cheese. Tried to phone no answer. This is the umpteenth time this has happened it should not be this difficult to follow instructions

I have visited many branches of this restaurant chain, from Kirkcaldy to London, and they are all quite similar. However, the Wishaw branch is always my first choice when I am in the area because it is local. The coffee at this location is particularly great!

Usual for McDonalds. Service is good at this one. Atmosphere is pretty poor. If your looking for a quick munch, this is a good shout. Be careful when driving out exit is tight.

The staff at this restaurant could use better training. I was charged extra for a bag and sauce that I didn't want. Additionally, when I gave the cashier a £50 note at the drive-through, he only gave me £20 in change. The burgers are often not served hot and fresh, even during peak times.

I don't know why I keep ordering from McDonald's in Wishaw. They never get my order right, always forget items, and never send them out when you try to contact them. It's not difficult to put items in a bag. They even have the audacity to add a service charge on top of the delivery fee. It's a complete joke.
