Kfc - Wishaw

I visited this restaurant and tried their standard chicken sandwich and chicken pieces. I ordered a meal deal and found it to be okay, although the bun was a bit dry and the fries were not very hot. The chicken pieces were tasty, but I was disappointed by the limited drink options. They only offered sweetened drinks like Pepsi Max, and I couldn't find original Pepsi.

The review in question seems to describe a negative experience at a restaurant. It states that everything was cold, the place was very dirty, and workers were seen standing around and talking instead of cleaning tables and chairs after customers.

Visited for the first time as on business in the area. Its a kfc should be the same as others... sadly no. The restaurant is clean and tidy, easily accessible with a good car park. I ordered fine, however the order wasn't right. I ordered bbq dipped bites which are fillets and I got what I found were spicy wings so had bones in. Almost broke a tooth as wasn't expecting bones! Poor service as it wasn't explained if they have ran out of dipped bites why accept the order? Food was hot and quick service however the disappointing delivery of the food hence the low rating.

The server named Nathan provides excellent customer service. He deserves a promotion for his attentive care towards customers!

Absolute shambles. Staff arguing in front of my at serving window, left sitting at serving window for before being handed my juice and told to now take a space to wait even longer no gravy yet again!! Burned sad looking chicken discovered on arrival home. Definitely won’t go back I have no idea what the management are doing but I don’t think it’ll be too long before it closes down down the drain!!! PLEASE AVOID nb management the stalkybuilt girl at serving window wearing blue jacket is a bully poor other girls were taking terrible abuse from her in front of me and it continued while I was parked up for a further min wait
