Overall we were disappointed, although there were some good points: Onion bhajis, as mentioned in previous reviews) were flat, floury and soggy, so we popped them in the air fryer. Salmon tikka was very good. Tandoori king prawn (starter) was terrible mainly onion with small prawns, which were overcooked. Nawabi raan (house speciality) was an expensive waste of time. The sauce was bland and mild (although we had asked for it to be hot) and there was not very much lamb. Two vegetable dishes (okra and cauliflower) were pleasant, although the sauce base seemed to be the same as the lamb. We mixed all the leftovers together! Naan was fine, although not over large, and the generously portioned rice was excellent. The daal was absolutely delicious, initially, but when we found a piece of plastic tape in it (approx 4 cm long) we were somewhat put off. I duly called Magic Spices they apologised and offered me a free daal next time I order, which I am unlikely to do.
