Disgusting . Ordered food. Didn't Rrive after 2 hours. Rang to cancel order to be greeted with a disgusting attitude basically saying I wasn't being refunded. Told the owner was away abroad. Best get himself back because these clowns are ruining him. Don't touch this place

I had a large breakfast one and was so pleased with the great service by the wonderful staff and I was so happy with food as everything was done to my liking. I would definitely recommend!
Absolutely stunning café to eat breakfast and enjoy quality family time. All the staff where so lovely and where so amazing with my kids. The food was perfect and I have no complaints. Will definitely be back!
We placed an order for delivery and were informed that the food would arrive by 12:55. However, we ended up calling at 1:30 only to be told that the driver had left 10 minutes prior and would be another 15 minutes. After the food still hadn't arrived by 2:00, we called again and were informed it would be another 10 minutes. Finally, the food arrived at 2:15, lukewarm. The service was terrible.

Dont ever go there my second visit and I can honestly say it's disgusting! I could have bought the ingredients for cheaper and got my dig to cook then and it probably would have tasted better !
I visited Cocoa Bean today a 'quiet ' wednesday lunchtime. I 'd been intending to try it out for a while but never quite got round to it. There 's some real positives with the food which is freshly (and well) prepared and a generous portion. The menu is also comprehensive. A tiny observation my coffee was served the same temperature as tea would be I would guess boiling water was used. However it was nice when it cooled down a bit. I mentioned that it 's not a place to unwind the door is left open and there is a constant noisy flow of traffic going past (a waste of double glazing), if this isn 't enough to assault the senses there is a radio station constantly playing fast music inside just a little too loudly and if I was still able to switch off from that there was a young boy in residence playing additional music on his tablet to add to it all. The decor is confusing. There are massive boards in the front windows with generic images of greasy food. These are at odds with the 'Cocoa Bean ' signage, large number of photos of film stars inside and pleasant messages painted on the walls. Collectively these make the place feel claustrophobic. Just in case you might fancy looking out of any bit of the window that is left there are also rather scruffy signs for different parts of the menu covering any worthwhile viewing area. I won 't be going back mainly due to the pervasive noise levels. I would order food to take out though as it 's very well done.
A very nicely laid out cafe with plenty of room and in a lovely airy space the south facing light is beautiful on a sunny day. We were made to feel welcome the moment we walked in and we chose from a comprehensive menu of snacks and meals. I chose an omelette with fries and salad and my wife chose a Tuna Sweetcorn Jacket potato which was also served with a salad. The food was fresh, plentiful and full of flavour. There is free parking outside on the main road (up to 90mins). A cracking little find we will go again soon!
The first time we entered the premises the owner was screaming down the phone at someone complaining about a late delivery. He did apologise to us but really we should have taken it as a warning. The food was ok, we only ordered breakfasts, and we have been several times since. We have just left, as he was bringing my food to the table one of the delivery drivers came in shouting and continued to shout right over my food as it was being brought to me. He continued to shout until he left with his next delivery. I touched the plate and it was cold, not just not warmed, but really cold. I told the owner the verbatim conversation was. This plate is really cold. to which he replied yes and started to walk off. I said it shouldn 't be, the food will go cold. He replied i 've got no way of warming them . I could have advised him of several ways he could with the equipment he had but he clearly didn 't care. I had to leave both fried eggs as they were stone cold, the bacon wasn 't much better. I went up to pay and he said £12 I said, i 've had to leave both eggs stone cold. He never replied but just passed the card reader for. me to pay. Will never return, it 's a shame, when he isn 't there the lady running it does a fantastic job.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Coco Bean. The staff kindly assisted me with the pram, and my little girl was given a coloring book and pens, which was a lovely touch. The atmosphere was wonderful, and every staff member made us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious; I had the veggie breakfast, and I've never tasted veggie sausages that were so flavorful. I wholeheartedly recommend this cafe and will definitely return!

Excellent search. only for a latte, but will return to have a meal. beautiful place to sit and chill.
OMG.......Had the special omelette and it was stunning. it must have been at least 4 eggs in it. it was half the size of the plate and the salat was really nice. tee was served in a real size cup and a teekanne that did not drop. I couldn't eat everything, there was so much. will be definitiw back
Happy to give full 5* a delivery from here for the first time today. the price for what I ordered was competitive with other local companies. food came within the supply estimate and was still nice and hot. .Nextly forget to mention it was delicious! I will definitely try more from their menu in the future. good work, thank you.
Order for the first time, but come back in the final. Eating was absolutely amazing from the portion sizes to taste. the price of the food made it all the better. highly recommended
