After complain... read more We ordered 2 pizzas, but they took over 45 minutes longer than the original 45-minute delivery time. The pizzas were lukewarm and not very tasty. After complaining, they collected the pizza and gave us a refund. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I ex... read more I called the restaurant to inquire about why there was no pita bread with my kebab, only to be told that I had selected a wrap and that is what I received. I explained that the options were either in a container or wrapped, so how was I supposed to choose pita bread? The restaurant then informed me that I needed to select "in a container" and write in the comments that I wanted pita bread. This information was not clearly stated on the app, and the restaurant was not willing to correct the error. They blamed me and suggested that I take up the issue with the delivery service (Just Eat) directly. Overall, I was disappointed with the setup of the menu and the lack of effort to rectify the mistake on the restaurant's part. They simply brushed off my concerns and claimed they were too busy to address them.
