We were at the Wolf Lodge and looking for somewhere to eat lunch. Almost every place in the city was closed, so we ended up choosing this restaurant. I had the most amazing chicken caesar salad wrap and the onion rings were cooked perfectly. The service was fantastic! It was a pleasant surprise! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Three Fingered Jacks Saloon Cafe:
The employees at this restaurant are clearly overwhelmed. On this Tuesday afternoon in July, they appear to be the only option in town. I always struggle when a waiter is responsible for too many tables or the kitchen is understaffed. Dining here should be a straightforward experience; it shouldn't take an hour to receive your food. I have noticed a significant improvement in the food since my last visit to this restaurant. I really enjoy coming here! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the waitress made sure our family was well taken care of. They were very accommodating for our large group with kids. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and we would highly recommend trying the Fish N Chips, Fish and Chips, or Fish Chips Basket. The price per person was between $10-20 for dinner.
The restaurant is very overpriced for the quality of food they serve. The service was slow, indicating a need for more staff. Additionally, they were out of several items on the menu. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, service a 3, and atmosphere a 2.
Response to owner: short staffing isn’t an excuse for bad attitudes and not speaking to guests when engaging them. Poor service and weak menu.
We visited Three Finger Jack's several times while we were in town for the Wheel Into Winthrop car and trailer show. There was a wait and I think it was just because there were so many people in town. I had a Ceasars Salad with Chicken for lunch, and it was so good and fresh. The chicken was not dried out like many. I have had other places. We also did breakfast one morning, and it was just as good as my Ceasars Salad a couple of days earlier. The service was a little slow, but we also were understanding and not in any hurry. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
