Wow, the yam fritters and the tofu/chicken vegetable bowls were outstanding! I was very impressed.

Bland food, terrible service. There was a lunch rush so the kitchen and cashier/coffee counter were overwhelmed. I counted 15th come in over 6 tables/groups. Waited 20minutes for food and it was made wrong. Also, I received the wrong size coffee. Overall, staff is distracted and food is bland. Basically, a scoop of beans, premade brown rice and blanched kale. There aren’t many options in Winthrop so this place will still get business but it wouldn’t survive anywhere else.

The food was lukewarm! I ordered the garlic fries, and they arrived at the table barely warm, as if they had been sitting out for 20 minutes. The curry was also at a lukewarm temperature and was overly seasoned with curry paste and powder; it really needed to be balanced out with more coconut milk instead of tasting like I was eating straight from the spice jar.

Jupiter was a surprise in Winthrop, WA. For being gluten free, it’s sometimes hard to find options but between the bowls and fried rice, there were plenty of options. My fiancé also loved the cookies (non gf). So impressed with the curated menu for such a small town.
