I usually dont leave bad reviews but this cashier has been rude and preoccupied every time ive come there. ??? the other workers are so nice andnive never had an issue before im sad lol. ?

My steak was particularly dry, which was frustrating since I had been looking forward to trying their new garlic steak based on their advertisements. Additionally, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. They really need to improve on keeping the food moist throughout the day. - A. Bizzell

I've always... read more I prefer dining at the Winterville, NC location; it's the best Chipotle I’ve experienced. It’s always clean, consistent, and the staff are friendly. I've always appreciated the quality of the food and the people there. I love this company, but I can't say the same about my experiences at the Jacksonville, NC location, which have consistently been disappointing. The trash bins are often overflowing, the sweet tea is frequently empty, and there's a lingering unpleasant smell as soon as you enter the building (probably from the garbage). I really hope improvements can be made. Perhaps the management and staff from Winterville could visit Jacksonville and share some insights. Sincerely, Sam.

I spent over $15 on my meal and paid an extra $3.5... read more The staff preparing the food seem to have been instructed to skimp on the meat compared to other ingredients. I spent over $15 on my meal and paid an extra $3.55 for double chicken, yet I only received a tiny scoop of chicken. As for the steak, it was barely half a scoop—definitely nowhere near the standard serving size. I estimate I got about nine tiny pieces of steak. Customers like me are really being shortchanged when we compare the prices we pay to the portions we receive!
