I spent over $15 on my meal and paid an extra $3.55 for double chicken, yet I only received a tiny scoop of chicken. As for the steak, it was barely half a scoop—definitely nowhere near the standard serving size. I estimate I got about nine tiny pieces of steak. Customers like me are really being shortchanged when we compare the prices we pay to the portions we receive!

I've always valued the quality of both the food and the staff there. I genuinely love this company, but sadly, my experiences at the Jacksonville, NC location have been consistently disappointing. The trash bins are frequently overflowing, the sweet tea is often empty or unavailable, and there’s a foul smell upon entering the building, likely due to the trash. I'm hopeful for improvements in the future. It might be beneficial for the management and staff from Winterville to visit Jacksonville and share some insights. Best, Sam

I was really looking forward to trying it after seeing the new commercial for the garlic steak. Additionally, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. I had to wait for the brown rice to be made, but the staff generously gave me extra chicken and two complimentary drinks. Plus, I received a voucher for a buy-one-get-one-free offer!
