Totally unfriendly employee on May 31st. arrived at 9:40 p.m. Didn't give my husband the sushi package he had already paid for because he didn't have my cell phone with him to show the original code (To Good To Go). He had a screen of the code and I was on the phone to confirm it and send him the confirmation too. But she was totally dismissive and didn't want to talk at all. The total pickup time was 15 minutes and there were still a few minutes until expiration, so I couldn't rush in and shove the same code in her face! There was still one menu left... mine, already paid for. What does she do with it? Take it home yourself since you've already paid for it? So sorry, but the way they reacted is absolutely not possible! The sound makes the music and you have definitely lost us as customers.
The sushi was good and the entire service crew was really friendly and attentive. It's nice to be greeted and said goodbye so nicely.
